Authorities work fatal crash in Wetumpka | News
WETUMPKA, AL (WSFA) - Details are limited at this time, but WSFA 12 News can confirm that authorities are working a fatal crash in Wetumpka at this time.
The crash occured Tuesday afternoon on Hwy. 231 near the Wetumpka Walmart.
The Wetumpka Police Department says one person was killed and a second was transported to an area hospital.
Neither of the victims, who were in the same vehicle, are being identified at this time.
An investigation into how the crash occured is under way. No additional information is known at this time.
