Public Relations Council of Alabama partners with AIM for Storybook Project

The Montgomery chapter of the Public Relations Council of Alabama (PRCA) has joined forces with Aid to Inmate Mothers (AIM) to increase the community’s awareness and support of the AIM organization and its mission – to provide services to Alabama’s incarcerated women with an emphasis on enhancing personal growth and strengthening bonds between mothers and their children. Following a successful “Pack-a-Purse” project this winter, the PRCA Montgomery Chapter is now partnering with AIM for the organization’s monthly Storybook Project. AIM’s Storybook Project offers inmate mothers a rare opportunity to read bedtime stories and send personal messages to their children through a personal video recording conducted by AIM staff and volunteers.
